Anyone who legitimately needs to make changes to their departmental/project web pages on the RCH web site.

Also, if you need to approve other peoples changes and need to be a Publisher.

How much does CMS training cost?

It's free!

As long as you are an RCH employee and you have your managers approval to do the training, there is no charge.
