What is the RCH WebHelp system?

The RCH WebHelp system is an online help desk for the exclusive use of RCH Campus staff who contribute to the RCH website via the Content Management System (CMS) and associated technologies.

RCH WebHelp has 2 main functions:

1. Support requests
