As per the ICT Password Procedure the following conditions apply to your password for all RCH activities, including the CMS
- Passwords are to be treated as confidential and individual user account passwords must not be shared;
- Passwords must not be written down or stored online unless adequately secured;
- Passwords must not be transmitted via email or any other form of online communication; and
- If a user suspects that their password has been compromised they should contact the ICT Service Desk immediately and have their password reset.
Violation of this procedure may result in restriction or revocation of ICT access, or further disciplinary action as prescribed by the procedure.
