How can publishers find pages waiting for approval?
This guide explains how CMS publishers can locate pages that are waiting for approval before they are published on the RCH website. It shows where to view the approval or workflow queue in the CMS, how to identify pending content submissions, and how to review and approve or reject pages submitted by authors. The guide also highlights the steps publishers should follow to ensure content is reviewed and published correctly.
If you want to view all content that is waiting for approval, you will need to open the Workarea.

- Click on the "Reports" tab.
- In the menu tree on the left of the screen, drill down into "Contents > Approvals".
This report will show you all the currently pending approval requests which you are responsible for.
Please make sure you review and publish (or reject if required) these approval requests.
